I had a really disappointing experience during my stay. The rooms had odd odors and weren't as clean as I hoped, although the mini fridge was larger and the complimentary water was a nice touch. The staff was friendly, which was a plus, but the pool was out of service, and the dining options left much to be desired. Overall, it was not the comfortable or family-friendly experience I expected.
